Women In Sport Photo Action Awards 2024
After a monumental year in sport, Women Sport Australia (WSA), the national advocacy body for women in sport, are delighted to launch the 2024 Women in Sport Photo Action Awards (#WISPAA).
Entering its sixth year, #WISPAA aims to generate greater recognition and respect for the power and athleticism of women actively participating in sport in Australia. #WISPAA will be again supported by News Corp Australia, specifically CODE Sports as a media partner, providing coverage of the awards and as a partner of the WISPAA People’s Choice Award.
SUBMISSIONS
We welcome entries from Professional, Amateur and Emerging (under 21) photographers. Entries open on Wednesday 10 April 2024 and close at 11.59pm on Sunday 5 May 2024. ENTER YOUR PHOTOS HERE.
Prizes
The overall winners in each of the categories as determined by the judges will be awarded the following prize:
Professional category: $1,000 cash
Amateur category: $1,000 cash
Emerging category: $500 cash

EVENT
The Women In Sport Photo Action Awards (WISPAA) exhibition, awards presentation and networking event will take place at Collider, Four Seven Seven Pitt Street, Sydney on Thursday evening 30th May 2024. Tickets include entry to the event, canapes and beverages, awards ceremony and industry panel discussion. Earlybird tickets on sale now.
