Women Sport Australia (WSA), the national advocacy body for women and girls in sport, are delighted to announce Camera House and Nikon have joined as partners for the 2026 Women in Sport Photo Action Awards.
Photo and video experts Camera House have partnered with the awards to bring greater visibility to women’s sport through the camera lens, and will be presenting the Female category finalists and winners.
“We’re delighted to partner with the Women in Sport Photography Awards for 2026, reflecting our commitment to community, unity, and consistency. This sponsorship celebrates the power of women’s sport and the stories that bring it to life, supporting greater visibility and representation across the sporting landscape,” said Stewart Pickersgill, General Manager of Camera House.
“We believe in the power of imagery to inspire, connect, and challenge perceptions, and we’re proud to stand alongside a platform that is driving meaningful change in the industry."
World-renowned camera manufacturer Nikon has also joined as a partner of #WISPAA, and will be presenting the Amateur category finalists and winners.
"Nikon is extremely proud to support WISPAA in spotlighting women's sport, both in front of and behind the lens,” said Connor Sprague, Brand Marketing Executive at Nikon.
“Through working with WISPAA, the NRLW and our Nikon Professional Services network, we're committed to helping champion the next generation of female sports photographers to tell these stories their way.”
